Lady Of The Year

Hot designer of French label Celine Phoebe Philo was awarded this June one of fashion’s biggest awards: the prestigious International Designer of the Year Award. With Kanye West gushing that he’s her biggest fan whilst presenting the prize, the lush event took place at the Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center, in front of an audience – which included Michael Kors and Marc Jacobs. The night’s other big winners were the Proenza Schouler design duos  who took home the  Womenswear Designer of the Year, as well as British journalist Hilary Alexander who was given the Eugenia Sheppard Media Award.
